Tenant Overview
Each of the Baton Rouge neighborhoods function like small towns attached to a large city hub. Over the years, we have developed an expansive working knowledge of the characteristics of each neighborhood. Using this knowledge, we always strive to place all of our tenants in an ideal neighborhood setting that meets their expectations for community involvement and amenities.
We help match tenants to properties in an effort to facilitate long-term rental periods. After moving in, our tenants enjoy regular maintenance and prompt repairs on properties managed by the team. We are always available to help tenants with issues that come up during their rental period. Established rent payment times and methods take the guesswork out of remaining in good standing. At the end of each rental period, tenants can sign up for a new lease or request assistance finding and securing a new rental home.
